Position Summary: We are seeking an Integration Lead with Oracle DNA to lead the technical design and execution of a complex interface ecosystem within a high-impact regional digital transformation project. We are a leading technology solutions company, currently spearheading a high-impact regional (LATAM) digital transformation project. **The Challenge:** We are looking for an **Integration Lead** with Oracle DNA to lead the technical design and execution of a complex ecosystem comprising over 30 interfaces. You will serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and the development team, ensuring excellence standards in a Greenfield implementation of **Oracle Fusion Cloud**. **Your key responsibilities:** * Technically lead the integration lifecycle (OIC, SOA, VBCS). * Participate in design workshops and "war rooms" with stakeholders to define governance and security standards. * Supervise and guide a cell of Senior developers. * Collaborate closely with implementation partners (Big Four) and end users for data gathering across ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, SCM). * Ensure API contract compliance and deployment quality in Cloud Native environments. **What we are looking for:** * **Experience:** 8+ years in middleware and enterprise integration. * **Mandatory Stack:** Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2), Oracle SOA Suite 12c, and Oracle Fusion Cloud. * **Technical Skills:** Java, PL/SQL, FBDI, ESS Jobs, and REST/SOAP protocols. * **Leadership:** Prior experience coordinating technical teams and managing multiple integrations simultaneously. * **English:** Advanced level (B2-C1) – ability to conduct fluent technical conversations. * **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. **What we offer:** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid * **Project:** Long-term project engagement with international exposure. * A dynamic work environment leveraging the latest Oracle Cloud technologies. **Location:** Mexico (Remote / Mexico City).
