Rigorously supervise the execution of standard processes and call scripts by the team. * **Case Management:** Efficiently assign daily collections cases, performing constant follow-up and monitoring of tasks and recovery data to maximize team productivity. * **Training and Development:** Provide personalized coaching, professional guidance on script usage, and ongoing technical training to the team.
