Job Objective Provide customer service and follow-up via phone calls, assisting with credit card-related inquiries, information verification, clarifications, transaction reviews, and general support—ensuring a professional and high-quality service experience. Available Shifts * 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM * 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Breaks are rotated according to operational needs. Main Responsibilities * Provide telephone-based customer service in English and Spanish. * Follow up on credit card-related questions and clarifications. * Verify and update customer information. * Log calls and track interactions in the system. * Escalate incidents when necessary. * Deliver service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Requirements * Conversational English proficiency is mandatory. * Experience in customer service, call centers, or telephone support (preferred). * Completed high school education. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Basic computer literacy. * Preferably own laptop and stable internet connection. * Dedicated, suitable workspace for remote work. * Availability to work assigned shifts.
