Development of skills in financial and administrative management **Administrative Intern – Collections and Operational Control (Part-Time)** Job Objective Support the administrative management of the business, ensuring accounts receivable control, payment follow-up, transaction recording, and organization of basic financial information. ***What will you do daily?*** **Collections (priority):** * Daily follow-up with clients having outstanding invoices * Send payment reminders (WhatsApp, email, phone call) * Confirm deposits and update status * Report overdue accounts receivable **Accounts Payable:** * Record supplier invoices * Monitor due dates * Assist in payment scheduling **Administrative Control:** * Record tickets / services performed * Update databases (Excel / CRM) * Support in quotations and document control ***Candidate Profile*** * Student in final semesters of Administration, Accounting, or related field * Basic experience preferred (internships or social service) * Basic Excel skills (tables, filters, sorting) * Interest in learning about administrative and financial management ***Key Skills*** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and timely follow-up * Clear and professional communication * Ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality Quarterly incentive for achievement of objectives **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM** Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
