Junior Technical Leader / Functional Support Who are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate capable of initially leading a small team focused on requirements analysis, technical support, incident tracking, and direct contact with internal users. This position does not require development as the primary activity, although basic technical knowledge is valued. Key Responsibilities: Daily analysis of functional requirements. Resolution of first- and second-level technical incidents. Functional support for internal tools (without direct development). Coordination of sessions with end users to clarify requirements. Participation in daily stand-up meetings and touchpoints with other teams. Basic support and administration of internal web pages. Execution of basic queries in SQL Server databases (queries, stored procedures). Collaboration in simple API publishing processes (Linux). Skills and Technical Knowledge: SQL Server: queries, stored procedures (SP), SSP, CCHP. .Net Core, TypeScript, Angular: prior experience or basic knowledge. Excel macros for report generation. Basic knowledge of Linux. Strong oral and written communication skills, especially in technical contexts with internal users.
