Plastic Injection Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a Plastic Injection Supervisor for a cosmetics company, responsible for the operation, programming, and maintenance of injection molding machines, as well as personnel management and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and operation of injection molding machines, including machine programming. 2. Production management, quality control, and equipment maintenance. 3. DE C.V.*** ***100% MEXICAN COMPANY DEDICATED TO COSMETIC MANUFACTURING, WITH OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A PRIVATE MANUFACTURER FOR VARIOUS BRANDS IN THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.*** ***WE ARE SEEKING A PLASTIC INJECTION SUPERVISOR.*** ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \- Supervision and operation of injection molding machines \- Programming of injection molding machines \- Monitoring production orders. \- Requesting necessary inputs for the production process. \- Measuring daily production per injection and/or blow molding equipment. \- Production control (raw materials, molds, quantities, designs, etc.). \- Establishing production parameters for each injection molding machine to meet established quality standards. \- Corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and injection molds. \- Control, monitoring, and recording of downtime. \- Training new personnel on assigned tasks. \- Directing and evaluating personnel under supervision. \- Identifying, analyzing, and minimizing risks among operational staff. \- Maintaining and reporting personnel records to Human Resources. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical degree in injection molding, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 3 years as Injection Supervisor. **Age:** 30 years and older **KNOWLEDGE(S) AND TOOL(S):** \- Technical knowledge of Arburg injection molding machines. \- Interpretation of technical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings. \- Assembly of injection molds. **SKILL(S) AND COMPETENCY(IES):** Results-oriented Problem analysis and resolution Teamwork Proactivity Adaptability to change Leadership Stress tolerance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday 06:30 \- 14:30 hrs. **BENEFITS: STATUTORY + ABOVE-STATUTORY** * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Parking * Christmas bonus * Vacation premium * Social Security * Full IMSS registration (100%) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
