Join our new workshop in Neza!** **GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: **Electromechanical Technicians (for tool repair)** As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in tool, appliance, or related equipment repair * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service: receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, repairs, and returning equipment to customers. * Providing advisory support to customers on the sales floor. * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotating weekly). * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports **WE OFFER:** * $12,000 monthly (paid weekly on Fridays) * Full IMSS registration (100%) * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus * Anniversary bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Personal loans * Fixed day off (Sunday) * Professional and career growth SERVICE LOCATION: Av.
