Cook / Operational Kitchen Manager for Chinese Express Cuisine "We are especially seeking individuals who understand how to operate high-volume, fast-service Chinese express kitchens." A person with REAL experience in Chinese express/commercial plaza-style kitchens, particularly in high-volume, fast-service models (e.g., food counter formats where customers select bases and dishes). This project focuses on building a fast Chinese food concept offering excellent flavor, affordable prices, and efficient operations. What are we looking for? Someone who not only knows how to cook but can also help us correctly set up the entire operation from scratch: * Kitchen organization * Workflow management * List of required equipment * Tools and utensils * Production processes * Food storage and handling * High-volume, fast-service operations Responsibilities * Preparation of Chinese express cuisine dishes. * Support in designing the kitchen's operational layout. * Recommend necessary equipment, utensils, and materials. * Standardize recipes and portion sizes. * Organize production for fast service ("grab & go"). * Maintain cleanliness, order, and inventory control. * Train operational kitchen staff if needed. * Help optimize time and cost efficiency. Ideal Profile * Experience working in Chinese express restaurants, commercial plaza formats, or high-volume chains. * Knowledge of: * Fried rice / yakimeshi * Chow mein * Sweet-and-sour chicken * Teriyaki * Wok cooking and stir-frying * High-volume production * Experience operating under pressure and at speed. * Practical knowledge of kitchen equipment and setup. * Organized and solution-oriented mindset. We highly value experience in: * Panda Express-style or similar models. * Opening new kitchens or restaurants. * Efficient cooking for delivery or takeout. * Inventory and cost management.
