Madero, Mexico City** **Confidential Maintenance Manager Opportunity** **Location:** CDMX and State of Mexico (multi-plant operation) · **Mode:** On-site **Position Purpose** Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe plant operations by planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, complying with quality and food safety standards in the food industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement the master maintenance plan for machinery, facilities, and services. * Supervise critical systems (ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressors, motors, electrical and pneumatic systems). * Manage budget, spare parts costs, and external services. * Coordinate procurement and critical spare parts and materials inventory. * Lead the maintenance technical team and promote continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Participate in internal and external quality, food safety, and safety audits. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years in Maintenance Management roles in food/beverage industry or 8 years as Maintenance Supervisor. * Proven experience in ammonia refrigeration systems and automated production line maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial and environmental safety NOMs, and interpretation of technical drawings. * Leadership, planning, and ability to solve technical problems. * Availability to travel between plants in CDMX and State of Mexico. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree - graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial Level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Food and Beverages **Skills:** * maintenance * capex * ammonia *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6912857f5b00003600931809&source=indeed*
