If you have experience in advanced technical support and wish to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment with real career advancement opportunities, this position is for you. ***Work Location:*** Naucalpan ***Schedule:*** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ***What profile are we looking for?*** Professionals who are committed, analytical, and solution-oriented, with experience in technological infrastructure, telecommunications, or IoT environments, capable of coordinating technical activities and tracking high-priority incidents. ***Academic Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in: * Electrical Engineering * Electronics * Mechatronics * Computer Systems or related field ***Degree completed or final semesters*** ***Required Experience:*** * Minimum 2 years in Level 2 or higher technical support * Experience in electrical infrastructure, telecommunications, or IoT * Knowledge of OCPP, Modbus, and MQTT protocols is desirable * Experience coordinating technical staff or field crews * Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical failures ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Handling and tracking tickets escalated by NOC L1 * Advanced diagnosis and resolution of incidents at AC and DC charging stations * Supervision of work orders and validation of technical processes * Infrastructure monitoring and detection of recurring incidents * Generation of technical reports and proposals for continuous improvement * Coordination with field teams to ensure proper service operation ***What do we offer?*** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Ongoing training and professional development * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for career advancement within the company If you meet this profile and are seeking a new professional opportunity, we want to meet you!
