**Software Development Technical Lead** **Hybrid mode – Onsite once a month in CDMX** **Position Objective:** Responsible for guiding and motivating a team of developers to create and implement high-impact technological solutions, ensuring application quality, security, and scalability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage a team of developers, assigning tasks and providing feedback. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, implementation, and testing. * Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in .NET with C\#. * Implement business logic, unit and integration tests. * Optimize performance on front\-end, back\-end, and database layers. * Document code and maintain quality and security standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams.** * Proficiency in **React**, **.NET with C\#**, **JavaScript/TypeScript**, **SQL ANSI / Transact**. * Knowledge of **agile methodologies**, **version control**, and **unit testing**. * Intermediate English proficiency.
