**Our Credit Team**
Responsible for granting financing through a complete analysis of the customer's profile and payment capacity; that is: analyzing, deciding, and offering the best credit transactions to customers while ensuring financial risks remain at acceptable levels according to policy, enabling good profitability for Creditas and a positive experience for the customer.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Evaluate, analyze, profile, and respond with a pre\-approval to all potential customers entering through our credit application, ensuring they meet Creditas' established credit policies and that the credit analysis assessment aligns with Creditas' risk appetite.
* Review documentation for all cases entering the Credit Analysis stage to verify that documents submitted by the customer are accurate and truthful when calculating income for prospects applying for automotive credit, auto-secured loans, and payroll loans.

**About the Role**
As Accounting and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire accounting and tax strategy to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, as well as serving as the focal point providing information and expertise on control and accounting to support operations in Mexico.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Coordinate monthly accounting closings through to the issuance of financial statements for decision-making.
* Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
* Support banking transactions, collections management, and cash flow.

* This position requires solid knowledge of IFRS and Mexican NIF (accounting and reporting standards) and the ability to research and conclude on accounting matters.
* Tax compliance and planning for Mexican entities, including intercompany transactions.
* Proficiency in accounting records.
* Expertise in taxes: Monthly and annual filings, DIOT, and electronic accounting.
