Space survey report.\n\n**Job Responsibilities.**\n\nMaintain order and cleanliness at the project site, ensuring responsible personnel fulfill their contractual obligations.\n\nFormally notify all negotiations with one or more contractors within one business day.\n\nRemain fully aware of all ongoing works at all times, and prioritize task sequencing according to the project execution schedule.\n\nReview proper execution of works and promptly report any anomalies in the construction process. All works must comply with quality standards—both in terms of materials used and their specified dimensions. In special cases where visual and geometric inspection alone is insufficient, coordination with a laboratory for quality validation shall be required. Scheduling such laboratory visits falls under this position’s responsibilities.\n\nRequire all contractors to submit all administrative documentation timely and correctly (e.g., IMSS registrations and cancellations, cost estimates, civil liability insurance policies, reports, etc.).\n\nCarry out all aforementioned activities—including associated deliverables—on schedule.\n\nAll tasks executed by assistants or junior staff are subject to validation by the Resident prior to submission to other team members.\n\nAlways maintain printed copies of all drawings and digital access to all project information for review during field inspections.\n\nReview daily work volumes across all unit-rate contract items and authorized additional items.\n\nStudy project drawings, technical specifications, and supporting documents to ensure proper construction oversight and contractor management, as well as to verify work volumes across various scope items.\n\nFor contract closeout, the Resident is responsible for preparing as-built drawings illustrating the total volumes completed by the contractor, enabling final validation and payment of completed works. Each scope item must be represented on a single drawing for review purposes.\n\nReview all materials and equipment procured for the project to ensure compliance with contractual requirements stipulated for each contractor.
