Job Summary: PCC Airfoils is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to identify issues, propose solutions, and develop continuous improvement projects in production. Key Highlights: 1. PCC Airfoils is a global leader dedicated to manufacturing specialized components for the aerospace and power generation industries. Due to growth, we are seeking a “Junior Process Engineer” for our Ceramics Plant in Mérida. The recruitment process is fully in-person. REQUIREMENTS: • Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Physics Engineering degree. (Mandatory; degree must be obtained or currently in the process of completion.) • Recent graduate with at least 6 months of professional internship experience. • Interest in developing expertise in the manufacturing field. • Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables. • Intermediate English language skills (reading and writing). • Availability to rotate across three shifts. COMPETENCIES: • Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems. • Proactive, committed to continuous improvement and problem resolution. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze production department data to identify issues in the production process and propose solutions. • Develop continuous improvement projects, resolve problems, and achieve cost savings in production processes. • Translate technical sheets for production processes.
