Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Specialist for the real estate sector, with experience in cost estimation, expense control, and software management. Key Highlights: 1. A Yucatecan real estate development company is looking for its next Cost and Budget Specialist, with desirable experience in urban development projects, to support our developments located along the Yucatán coast. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preliminary cost estimation. * Integration of baseline budgets. * Expense control according to assigned budget. * Comparison of suppliers and contractors. * Generation of quantity take-offs. * Operation of Opus software. * Operation of AutoCAD. * Review of execution drawings. * Interaction with suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of verifiable experience in budget analysis or similar position. * Desirable experience in urban development. * Education: Civil engineering, architecture, or related field. * Skills: Analytical ability, AutoCAD, quantity take-offs, Microsoft Excel, Opus, unit prices, budgeting. * Driver's license (**NOT** mandatory but desirable) **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Excellent working environment.
