




Job Summary: Supports the timely management and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and wage tables for employee payments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll and accounting systems, including the Federal Labor Law (LFT). 2. Calculates and prepares weekly and biweekly payrolls. 3. We provide domestic and international services supported by significant agreements and connections with carriers in the United States and Canada for import and export operations. **Purpose of the Position:** * Provide necessary support to collect documentation supporting payroll incidents, in accordance with various wage tables and legislation, to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Public Accounting, or related field—either completed or in progress. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, with hands-on payroll and accounting system experience (e.g., TRESS Revolution) and knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Skills**: Organization, attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork, and ability to meet objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Calculation and preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls, considering salaries, overtime hours, bonuses, and deductions. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Management of incidents such as medical leaves, permissions, absences, and occupational risks. * Generation of payroll-related reports and documentation, including layouts and official letters for deductions or payments. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll slips and clarifying payments.
