Job Summary: We are seeking an SOC/NOC Engineer to join a specialized cybersecurity team responsible for administering and operating diverse technologies to ensure business continuity and deliver exceptional technical support. SOC/NOC Engineer You are a key member of the CSA (Advanced Security Center), a specialized unit responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of monitoring and cybersecurity solutions; your contribution enables us to ensure business continuity for our business partners. You will work in a highly competitive environment and deliver an exceptional level of technical support, applying knowledge acquired through your academic and prior professional experience. Your daily responsibilities include administering, operating, and maintaining multiple cybersecurity technologies (Next-Generation Firewalls, email gateways, centralized device management consoles, web application protection, endpoint protection applications, and detection and response applications); additionally, you will operate event correlation systems and sandboxing technologies; networking (Switching, Routing); and network automation (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DNS Firewall) from leading market vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Infoblox, etc. For security services, you will operate and administer vulnerability discovery, management, and mitigation solutions. You will also operate and administer real-time monitoring applications. Creation, tracking, and successful closure of technical support tickets aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs) committed to clients; daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on SLA compliance. You will interact with network administrators across various locations nationwide and gain access to secure facilities (Data Centers). Training and professional development are essential components of your profile: you will take courses delivered directly by technology manufacturers to acquire new knowledge; however, above all, you must be self-taught, eager to learn about emerging technologies, and always view each new technology as a challenge to overcome and a new opportunity to acquire skills. ***This position is NOT a network administrator or end-user support role. *** General Profile: Cybersecurity professional with experience in monitoring, operations, and incident response within hybrid environments (NOC/SOC). Results-oriented, capable of adapting to a 24x7 shift rotation schedule. Required Technical Knowledge: • Fortinet (65% of the stack): FortiGate (NGFW), FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiMail, FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiEDR. • Complementary tools: • Lumu (compromise detection). • Infoblox (DNS Security / DDI). • Palo Alto NGFW (operational level). • PRTG (infrastructure and link monitoring). • SIEM (usage, basic and advanced correlation, and event management). • Qualys and Tenable (vulnerability management). • Key protocols and concepts: IPSec, SSL-VPN, SD-WAN, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, secure email.
