You will collaborate with global design teams to resolve test\-related issues, enhance test systems, and improve yield and reliability. Your contributions will ensure compliance with quality standards, reduce false failures, and support audits and quality alerts. This position reports to the Testing Manager*,* in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site. **Responsibilities** As the **Test Engineer,** you will: * Design Test Fixtures for programming, functional, hipot, in\-circuit and Hass test. * Support to NPI. * Provide required test documentation for the NPI products. Develop New Test Software for Functional test, hipot, in\-circuit and Hass test. * Interact with designers from Plano and Shanghai to solve all Test issues related to design during NPl or manufacturing process. * Works with test Technician providing guidance and support for Test issues in manufacturing. * Interacted with designers for electrical Cpk's meet 1\.5\. * Create test documentation, procedures, and forms to meet quality systems. * Studies testing problems and determines solutions. * Improve functional test programs to eliminate bugs, reduce cycle time seeking improvement the Yield in productions lines. * Development and integration of new Test Systems as required. * Reduce NTFs related to Electrical Test. * Teamwork with other departments to meet Test Yield 99\.5%. * Support Quality Control of manufacturing operations: Yield Alert, QAFI, On Hold. * Notifications, CPK analysis and support to Internal and external audits. **ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:** OmniOn Power will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Mexico for this opening.
