




Description and details of activities Universidad Xochicalco, a leading higher education institution in Tijuana, Baja California, is seeking a motivated individual to join its team to coordinate cultural activities at its Vía Rápida Alamar campus. **Responsibilities:** **GENERAL FUNCTION**: Identify, coordinate, and implement new Cultural Workshops prior to the start of academic cycles, enriching and promoting the cultural environment at Universidad Xochicalco. Actively participate in Academic Weeks across all schools and in institutional events. Additionally support any event by assisting in processing paperwork and managing cultural event assignments. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Coordinate and administer the quarterly Cultural Workshop program. a. Recruit and hire instructors for Cultural Workshops. b. Prepare instructor files and deliver one copy to Human Resources. c. Prepare teaching staff payroll documentation for corresponding payments. 2\. Establish, promote, and ensure continuity of UX representative groups. 3\. Establish, promote, and ensure continuity of the Artistic Scholarship program for students. 4\. Promote reading through "Lectura del Coyote" via podcast or capsule segments on Radio Xochicalco and during the "Letras y libros" event. 5\. Manage and carry out cultural and artistic activities within the campus, involving the UX community and local and state-level artistic groups. Experience and requirements **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Arts, Cultural Management, Humanities, or related field. * Ability to work onsite at Vía Rápida Alamar, Tijuana. * Strong organizational skills for events, leadership, and management of school projects. * Proactive attitude, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
