Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position, preferably as: Trainer, Unit Manager, Staff Developer, Operational Trainer, Mixology Specialist, Operational Chef **Knowledge in:** Bar or kitchen operations in restaurants. Operational and administrative supervision. Design and implementation of specialized training courses for bar or kitchen areas. Performance evaluation and development plans for operational staff. Cross-training and operational training. Food safety and regulations applicable to the restaurant industry. ***Required Skills:*** Leadership Communication skills Empathy Teamwork Responsibility and commitment Effective collaboration Excellent communication skills ***Main Responsibilities:*** Design and implementation of training programs in the **bar or kitchen** area. Identification of staff training needs. Performance evaluation and follow-up on employee development. Development of work plans and operational follow-up. Scheduling of branch visits to deliver and supervise specialized training. Generation of operational and training reports. Updating of operational manuals for the bar or kitchen area. Design of instructional materials for training. Operational support at branches, covering shifts when necessary. ***We Offer:*** Monthly salary of **$14,000 gross** Biweekly payment.
