Position Summary: The Platform Integration Intern supports the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of integrations between enterprise systems to improve operational stability and data quality. General purpose of the position:** *The Platform Integration Intern supports the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of integrations between enterprise systems, contributing to operational stability, data quality, and continuous improvement of the Connectivity Playbook, enabling efficient communication between platforms and business areas.* **2\. Main functions and responsibilities:** * *Support basic administration, monitoring, and validation of integrations between enterprise systems and internal tools.* * *Support monitoring of integrations between systems (ERP, internal and external platforms).* * *Collaborate in data validation to ensure integrity, consistency, and correct transfer across platforms.* * *Track basic integration incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate team.* * *Support documentation of integration processes, data flows, and operational playbooks.* * *Participate in functional testing and interface validation during implementations or changes.* * *Assist in executing basic database queries (SQL) for information validation.* * *Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand integration requirements.* * *Support activities related to file transfers (SFTP) and interface monitoring.* * *Identify opportunities for process and integration improvement under supervision.* * *Contribute to initiatives involving basic automation and digital tools (e.g., scripts, AI, RPA at early stages).
