You don’t come here to observe… you come here to **enter production, learn quickly, and deliver real impact**. **What You’ll Do** * Join a real development team from day one. * Participate in the full development lifecycle (coding, testing, delivery). * Collaborate with technical teams on active projects. * Learn our internal technologies and solutions. **Requirements** **What We Look For In You:** ***Must have*** * Currently in your **final semesters or recently graduated** from: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Ability to program (programming language is secondary; logical thinking is essential). * Strong capacity for learning. * Problem-solving and proactive mindset. * Teamwork skills. * SQL proficiency. * Technical English (reading/comprehension). * Attitude: hunger to grow, learn, and demonstrate. **Tech stack:** ***Nice to have*** * Delphi (highest priority) * Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, Go, Rust, PHP * Databases (SQL) * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * Real development experience from day one. * Accelerated training within productive teams. * Exposure to real projects and clients.
