Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of import/export goods. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the warehouse team and ensure compliance with customs legislation. Our objective is to coordinate and supervise all warehouse operations to guarantee the efficient, safe, and strictly customs-compliant receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of import and export goods. Your management will aim to optimize operational time and costs while preserving cargo integrity and data accuracy for seamless customs clearance. Skills * Experience with Warehouse Management Software. * Proficiency in warehousing techniques and planning. * Inventory control capability. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Communication and customer service skills **Attention to Detail.** * Teamwork and leadership. Main Responsibilities * Inspect cargo condition and report any damage or anomalies. * Coordinate receipt of import shipments. * Verify that documentation (invoice, packing list) matches the physical goods received. * Ensure correct identification and labeling of all goods in the warehouse. * Generate inventory reports for the operations department and customers. * Prepare orders for dispatch according to instructions from the operations department. * Coordinate loading of transport units for export or final delivery. * Maintain constant and fluid interdepartmental communication. * Prepare reports and metrics, including operational times and other key performance indicators. * Ensure proper filing and control of all documents supporting the storage and movement of goods in the warehouse. * Ensure all warehouse operations comply with the Customs Law. * Generate complete outbound warehouse documentation. * Ability to plan daily warehouse operations and prioritize tasks. * Direct, train, and motivate the warehouse team (forklift operators, warehouse assistants), assign tasks, and ensure adherence to procedures.
