Evaluates the impact of training on performance A nationally recognized transportation company is currently seeking a candidate for the city of Tijuana: **TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** ***ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS*** \* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. \* Experience in training, organizational development, or talent management. \* Occasionally a postgraduate degree or certifications in organizational development. ***KEY COMPETENCIES*** \* Leadership and communication. \* Strategic planning. \* Knowledge of human resources. \* Analytical ability. \* Proficiency with learning tools (LMS, e\-learning). ***PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*** \* Identifies training needs (assesses what knowledge/skills the team lacks). \* Designs training plans and programs. \* Coordinates courses, workshops, and training sessions. \* Evaluates training performance and outcomes. \* Manages training budgets. \* Leads the team of instructors or facilitators. \* Aligns training initiatives with corporate objectives. ***WE OFFER*** ATTRACTIVE SALARY \* 12 vacation days starting from the first year. \* Statutory vacation bonus. \* 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). \* INFONAVIT housing fund. \* Social Security. \* FONACOT loan program.
