Comprehensive management of training and organizational development A leading national transportation company is currently recruiting for the city of Tijuana for the following role: **TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** ***ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS*** \* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. \* Experience in training, organizational development, or talent management. \* Occasionally, postgraduate studies or certifications in organizational development. ***KEY COMPETENCIES*** \* Leadership and communication. \* Strategic planning. \* Knowledge of human resources. \* Analytical ability. \* Proficiency with learning tools (LMS, e\-learning). ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** \* Identify training needs (assess what knowledge/skills the team lacks). \* Design training plans and programs. \* Coordinate courses, workshops, and training sessions. \* Evaluate training performance and outcomes. \* Manage training budgets. \* Lead the team of instructors or facilitators. \* Align training initiatives with corporate objectives. ***WE OFFER*** ATTRACTIVE SALARY \* 12 vacation days starting from the first year. \* Statutory vacation bonus. \* 15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). \* INFONAVIT benefits. \* Social Security. \* FONACOT benefits.
