What will your role be? * Provide personalized attention and training to providers. * Negotiate, update, and follow up on provider agreements. * Follow up on the creation of training manuals. * Develop indicators and reports to maintain a healthy provider portfolio. * Timely supply materials to providers, handle complaints, and implement strategies to attract new providers. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication Sciences, Finance, Pedagogy, or related field, **completed** * Excellent customer service-oriented attitude. * **Must have experience in administrative or hospital healthcare areas.** * Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Negotiation and relationship management skills. * Ability to communicate ideas clearly. * Strong sense of urgency.
