As Human Resources Manager at NAPS, you will coordinate department operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. ### **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring department metrics. * Tracking compliance with department operational systems and processes. * Developing, updating, and aligning HR policies and procedures and ensuring their implementation across other departments. * Overseeing training for new department staff. * Responsible for updating Job Descriptions. * Managing contract terminations due to violations of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) or expiration of term. * Monitoring leaders and supervisors to ensure proper application of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and the complaint system. * Coordinating activities for the annual motivational events program. * Executing and monitoring the annual training, development, and productivity plan. * Participating in and preparing for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others. * Acting as liaison and maintaining follow-up with the company's labor union. * Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various providers serving the HR department. * Participating in and following up on HR projects, career planning, social security, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture, encouraging diversity and inclusion across all company areas. * Managing labor relations, ensuring effective and constructive communication with employee representatives and unions, where applicable. ### **Knowledge:** * Labor relations and union management. * Team leadership. * Organizational development. * Federal Labor Law (LFT), labor reforms, and regulations. * HR strategies. * General HR policies and procedures. ### **Essential Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced Excel skills. * Bilingual (English 90%).
