Job Description and Activity Details **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Raw material inspection. * Inspection and audit of manufacturing processes. * Inspection of products manufactured by Hyspan de México, both in-process and finished. * Conducting non-destructive tests according to established procedures. * Completing dimensional reports corresponding to performed inspections. * Reporting non-conformities detected in raw materials, during production, and in the final product. * Weekly reporting of audit and inspection results. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect, release, or reject raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Generate product inspection reports during the manufacturing process. * Generate final product inspection reports. * Generate manufacturing process audit reports. * Generate non-conforming product reports. * Perform non-destructive tests according to established procedures. * Follow up on corrective actions and quality alerts within the manufacturing process. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection areas. * Proficiency in using measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures). * Experience or knowledge of non-destructive testing. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances. * Knowledge of quality tools. * Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office).
