Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in teaching and educational management to implement and manage actions that maintain the university's optimal academic quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage university academic quality 2. Lead a high-quality teaching staff 3. Organize conferences and optimize resources **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration with a corporate focus; postgraduate studies in administrative fields are preferred. **Experience:** 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in managerial positions within the education sector. **Knowledge Areas:** Teaching, training and development, merit evaluation, conflict management, and public relations. **Objectives:** Implement and manage actions that maintain the university's optimal academic quality level. **General Responsibilities:** 1\. Open courses, groups, and schedules in the system while optimizing available resources. 2\. Supervise faculty evaluations in the system. 3\. Promote academic and instructional quality, ensuring compliance with established curricula. 4\. Assemble a high-quality teaching staff for the university. 5\. Assign teaching schedules and courses to each faculty member. 6\. Maintain complete faculty records in the system. 7\. Organize monthly conferences. 8\. Ensure the integrity and timeliness of student course enrollment records. 9\. Provide students with relevant information to resolve any questions, as well as offer assistance in resolving issues between faculty and students. 10\. Monitor group grade averages and timely submission of grades. **Skills/Characteristics:** Aged 30–45, leadership ability, excellent presentation skills, proactive, initiative-driven, honest, responsible, organized, discreet, upright, able to work under pressure, results-oriented, service-minded, and team-oriented. **Work Schedule:** Full-time.
