Experiencia y requisitos **Qualifications:** * Ability to travel (up to 50% travel required) * Strong proficiency in reading/writing English/Spanish * Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills are essential. * **Education and experience:** o A degree in facility management, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, chemical or other engineering discipline is required. o *Minimum* of 5 years of experience working in facilities management. o Strong history of project management (PMP certification preferred). o Professional certification in the design and construction of HVAC and/or extraction systems with knowledge of AIHA standards is preferred. * **Technical Skills:** o Experience with CMMS maintenance software programs. o Proficient in creating facility layouts using CAD software. o Knowledge of facility fire systems and their requirements. o Strong electrical knowledge of building and safety requirements.
