Completed technical degree or engineering program: Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. Availability to work in the field in Tijuana and surrounding areas. Availability to attend one-week training in CDMX (hotel, transportation, and meals included). Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. · YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventive and corrective field maintenance of Glory equipment. Diagnose system issues. Carry out repairs and provide technical support. Issue customer recommendations regarding equipment care and usage. Provide customer updates on maintenance progress during implementation. Collect and record information to monitor performance. Escalate technical issue resolution by promptly seeking guidance or assistance from technical support. Perform administrative tasks related to services and per diems (reports, assessments, etc.).
