We are seeking: HOSPITAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (PROJECT) **REQUIREMENTS**: Maintenance Technician, Electrician, Industrial Technician / Incomplete Degree Availability of schedule (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE** Infrastructure maintenance. Hydraulic and sanitary installations. Electrical supply. Carpentry Drywall Painting Welding HVAC handling. Medical gases and oxygen. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, hydrosanitary, and electrical systems through a scheduled program, carrying out repairs to doors, locks, partitions, ramps, structures, and signage placement, as well as repairing water leaks, conducting general inspections of sinks and washbasins, pipes and electrical panels, patching, lamp replacement, and cutting, to ensure proper functioning and operation of the hospital. Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance for medical gas equipment, electromechanical systems, and voice/data equipment, based on the supplier’s maintenance schedules and implementing corrections reported due to equipment failures, to ensure proper functioning and operation of such equipment. Track incidents generated via work tickets from the operations department, maintaining logs and photographic evidence to support and manage completed work. Conduct daily inspections of critical areas and equipment to identify malfunctions and incidents, reporting them to the operations department and, where applicable, correcting the defects to sustain hospital operations. Monitor on-site receipt of materials according to prepared requisitions to carry out requested repairs.
