Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal facility operation, and addressing incidents to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Ensuring operational continuity and equipment safety 3. Supporting improvement and renovation projects * **Execute** preventive maintenance programs in guest rooms, public areas, and equipment, **In order to** ensure optimal facility operation and prevent operational failures. * **Respond to** corrective maintenance reports generated by various departments, **In order to** resolve incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing impact on operations and guests. * **Inspect** the physical and functional condition of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment, **In order to** promptly detect anomalies and avoid service interruptions. * **Perform** minor repairs to furniture, painting, carpentry, and plumbing, **In order to** maintain facility appearance, safety, and guest comfort. * **Record** performed activities and identified findings in logbooks and internal systems, **In order to** maintain proper control, traceability, and follow-up of completed work. * **Comply with** industrial safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, **In order to** prevent workplace accidents and ensure safe working conditions. * **Support** special improvement and renovation projects when required, **In order to** contribute to the hotel’s facility upgrades and preservation. * **Coordinate with** external vendors when specialized services are needed, **In order to** ensure accurate execution of specific technical tasks. * **Monitor** the proper operation of critical equipment (boilers, pumps, elevators, electrical systems), **In order to** ensure operational continuity and the safety of guests and staff.
