Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator with experience in wave and selective soldering, responsible for contributing to production targets and ensuring quality while adhering to established safety standards and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and handling of wave and selective soldering equipment. 2. IPC-A-610 certification and use of the AEGIS system. 3. Experience in dross handling and knowledge of safety and hygiene. Job Description and Activity Details * Operation and handling of wave soldering equipment and other intermediate-level equipment (e.g., selective soldering systems). * Operation and handling of soldering equipment. * Contributing to achieving the production target as per the production plan. * Ensuring proper maintenance and care of tools provided for job performance. * Participating in 5S activities. * Meeting quality criteria. * Attending and participating in company-required training courses or programs. * Flux maintenance and replenishment. * Wave soldering dross removal. * Soldering and polarity inspection. * Filling out the production board. * Completing the checklist report. * Complying with IPC\-A\-610\ certification requirements. * Using the AEGIS system. * Handling of soldering chemicals and waste. Experience and Requirements * Secondary education (preferred) or equivalent experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in soldering dross handling. * Ability to understand various forms of written manufacturing process documentation. * Basic hand-eye coordination is required. * Ability to interpret work instructions and physical component diagrams. * Basic computer skills. * Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety and hygiene practices. * IPC 610 certification relevant to this position. * AEGIS system usage.
