We are looking for a Reception Assistant to serve branches and clients. **Job Description** We seek an organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to help us make the first great impression of our corporate office. This position will be critical in ensuring professional service to visitors and colleagues, as well as timely follow-up on recurring administrative processes, maintaining order, control, and precision in every detail. What will you do in this role? * Receive and welcome visitors, validate their information, and direct them to the appropriate department. * Manage access control (badges, logs, and security guidelines). * Handle packages and courier services: receipt, registration, safekeeping, and coordination of shipments. * Maintain order, appearance, and smooth operation of the reception area. * Receive and register requests or documents related to recurring entries. * Monitor and control events affecting recurring administrative processes. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Billing processes. * Basic accounting concepts. * Intermediate Excel (advanced is a plus). * ERP or CONTPAQi experience (desirable). **Experience:** * Prior experience in administrative positions. * Ideally, experience working collaboratively with commercial and administrative departments. **Additional Information** Join a company with over 30 years of experience that drives personal and organizational growth through technology!
