**Production Supervisor – San Luis Potosí** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm **Location:** San Luis Potosí **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** with proven experience to lead and coordinate operations in one of our production lines. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and proficiency in key performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate a team of **at least 30 employees**. * Ensure compliance with production plans according to quality and safety standards. * Analyze and monitor indicators such as **Scrap, OEE, efficiency, productivity, downtime**, among others. * Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes. * Perform **line balancing** and necessary adjustments to meet daily and monthly targets. * Manage incidents, training, and performance of assigned personnel. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a production supervisor or similar role. * Proven experience managing teams (30 or more people). * Solid knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (Scrap, OEE, productivity, etc.). * Experience in **line balancing**. * Strong decision-making, effective communication, and leadership skills. **We Offer:** * Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Statutory and above-standard benefits
