Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, supervising a manufacturing team, and certifying personnel while maintaining ISO/IATF standards and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Leads a team of 15–20 people, ensuring product quality. 2. Defines acceptance and rejection criteria, certifying production personnel. 3. Ensures compliance with ISO/IATF standards and optimizes team efficiency. * Directly responsible for ensuring that only products meeting the specifications outlined in documentation are delivered to customers. * Personnel under supervision: (15–20 people) * Prepares inspection work instructions and release forms. * Performs job tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions related to ISO/IATF and safety requirements. * Supports manufacturing personnel and inspectors in defining acceptance and rejection criteria. * Evaluates and certifies production personnel on key processes. * Demonstrates strong teamwork skills with interaction involving customers, technicians, supervisors, and engineers. * Supervises daily operations within the area, organizes the work team, and provides direction and guidance. * Monitors the production schedule and assigns tasks throughout the shift, ensuring staff always have assigned activities and maximizing cell efficiency. * Ensures personnel perform their operations in accordance with work instructions.
