Description and details of activities Provide timely, professional, and preventive nursing care to employees, promoting health, safety, and well-being within the company, as well as compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Provide nursing services and first aid to workers who feel ill or suffer accidents. * Maintain records of employees who received medical treatment, as well as preparation of accident reports. * Provide guidance and training on work-related topics, safety, health, and family counseling. * Prepare IMSS (Social Security) and STPS (Ministry of Labor) accident forms. * Support coordination and proper functioning of the internal health plan, Safety and Hygiene Committee, and emergency response teams (first aid, rescue, firefighting, etc.). * Support maintenance and implementation of the updated Contingency Plan within the company, coordinated with federal, state, and local authorities through establishment of emergency response plans. * Evaluate and recommend purchase of safety and personal protective equipment, tools, and materials for various company departments. * Support communication of company policies, internal procedures, and government regulations to employees. * Conduct daily or weekly inspections inside and outside facilities to identify unsafe conditions or acts, and report findings to issue preventive or disciplinary recommendations or actions. Experience and requirements * Educational qualification: Certified Nurse. * Experience: 1 to 3 years. * Knowledge of IMSS (Social Security) is desirable. * Familiarity with STPS (Ministry of Labor) procedures and applicable Official Standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of administrative functions and procedures.
