




Job Summary: Mechanical Engineer who coordinates and executes complex engineering projects for the development and implementation of new products. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description and Activity Details **Job Objective**: Coordinates or executes complex engineering projects based on deep expertise within their engineering specialization area to develop and implement production processes for new products at the plant. * Provides support as required. * May lead or participate in cross-functional project teams for new product/process introduction and/or continuous improvement, transfer, and implementation, in accordance with customer specifications. * Develops, modifies, and maintains engineering function standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Based on deep expertise within their engineering specialization or related field (e.g., industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, chemical, etc.). * Coordinates or executes complex projects. * Designs, proposes, and/or implements new systems, requiring knowledge of various continuous improvement techniques. * May assign and supervise personnel within their area and plans workflow to facilitate continuous flow and timely project completion. Responsible for conducting performance evaluations of subordinates and recommending appropriate development plans. Experience and Requirements * Mechanical Engineer with experience in design (prototype design and construction preferred) — MANDATORY * 3 years or more in project management and/or equivalent roles * English (reading and writing proficiency sufficient to deliver fluent project presentations and/or participate in negotiation processes) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and/or application software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Visio, or similar — desirable * Knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ultrasonic welding (USW), soldering, fusion processes, new product introduction, process re-engineering, maintenance, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, ISO/QS standards, environmental safety standards, or similar — desirable Benefits * Benefits according to Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of Openings**: 1 **Department**: Engineering **Employment Type**: Permanent **Work Mode**: On-site **Shift**: Day shift **Working Hours**: Full-time **Schedule***: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM **Education**: Bachelor’s degree with professional title **English Proficiency**: Spoken: 90%, Written: 90% **Willingness to Travel**: No
