




Job Summary: Supervises security cameras, controls access, and coordinates incident response to ensure protection of facilities and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Training on CCTV systems and security procedures Description and Details of Responsibilities * Continuously monitor security (CCTV) cameras to detect suspicious activities, unusual movements, or situations posing risks to facilities or personnel. * Control facility access through monitoring of cameras and electronic access control systems. * Respond immediately to alarms or alerts generated by the security system, ensuring correct execution of established protocols. * Coordinate incident response with on-site security guards and, when applicable, external authorities. * Conduct periodic checks of the CCTV system to verify optimal operation of equipment, cameras, alarms, and platforms. * Report and document any technical failures or anomalies detected in the systems. * Review video recordings for investigation of specific incidents and generate evidence when required. * Record in detail all observed events, incidents, and activities in logs and corresponding reports. * Generate daily, weekly, or special reports on CCTV system activity, relevant incidents, and improvement recommendations. * Train new staff on proper use of CCTV systems, access control, and physical security procedures. * Collaborate closely with Physical Security to execute immediate protective and surveillance actions. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to security and asset protection. Experience and Requirements **Minimum:** * 6 months of experience in roles related to monitoring, video surveillance, or physical security. **Desirable:** * 12 months of experience operating CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and technological security platforms. * Prior experience in: * Camera monitoring * Control centers * Private or corporate security * Video evidence review and analysis * CTPAT or OEA protocols **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * Completed high school, technical degree, or incomplete university studies. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in video management systems (VMS). * Operation of alarm and access control systems. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in software such as: * **BriefCam** * **Axis Camera** * Monitoring and alarm platforms * Knowledge of security regulations such as **CTPAT** and **OEA**. * Use of logging tools, electronic logs, and reporting systems. * English: **minimum desirable**. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical focus. * Ability to respond quickly and make decisions under pressure. * Effective and professional communication with internal teams. * Strict adherence to security procedures and policies. * Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. * Structured, routine, and results-oriented work.
