




Position Summary: Responsible for generating and validating production reports, ensuring proper inventory usage and compliance with customs and certification processes. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities **Position Objective:** Generates and validates production reports, tracks metrics, ensures proper inventory usage and implementation of continuous improvement actions, posts assigned shipment information to various distribution centers, assumes responsibility for process compliance, ensures adherence to applicable customs legislation, and guarantees compliance with C\-TPAT / OEA certification requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of Bill of Lading, packing slip, and other documentation required for shipment dispatch. * Audits shipment documentation to ensure correct dispatch. * Reviews and tracks transportation invoices. * Ensures proper control and usage of materials specified in the Bill of Materials, as well as tools and equipment. * Follows up to ensure registration of new products. * Monitors loading process and finished product flow. * Compliance with CTPAT / OEA regulations. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing (maquiladora) industry. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications. * Teamwork, effective communication, attention to detail, organized.
