Organized and proactive in managing our foreign trade operations
The primary objective is to ensure compliance with customs regulations (Mexico/USA), coordinate cross-border logistics, and optimize supply chain timelines.
* Management and auditing of **customs entry documents (pedimentos)**, international invoices, and COVE.
* Coordination of cross-border logistics with carriers and customs brokers.
* Tariff classification of raw materials and finished products.
* Support for foreign trade audits and maintenance of the digital customs archive.
Experience and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, International Business, or related field.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with inventory control software.
* Teamwork orientation.
* Establishing and monitoring departmental performance indicators, such as border crossing times and errors in customs entry documents.
