POSITION IDENTIFICATION** **Position Title:** Construction Superintendent. **Company:** Soluciones Naturales Intercontinental S.A. de C.V. **Department:** Project Management Department. **Direct Reports:** Site-based Resident Engineers. **Primary Cross-Functional Relationships:** Internal: Project Management, Construction Control, Resident Engineers, Construction Supervision, Safety and Hygiene, and internal service departments; External: Suppliers, subcontractors, and CFE personnel. **Work Location:** Tecate – Tijuana. 2\. **POSITION MISSION** Oversee daily operational and documentation control of construction fronts, reviewing and validating resident engineers’ work, actual progress, field constraints, and technical and documentary consistency of deliverables supporting the operational relationship with CFE. **3\. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise site-based Resident Engineers and directly monitor daily front execution. * Validate field information prior to internal escalation. * Review physical progress against schedule and identify deviations, bottlenecks, or inconsistencies. * Verify proper integration and support of the Electronic Construction Logbook (ECL). * Verify proper integration and support of the weekly progress report. * Verify proper integration and support of daily and weekly photographic reports. * Verify proper integration and support of the weekly minutes and monthly Quality, Environmental, and SST reports. * Verify proper integration and support of the Master Constraint Register, Incident and Escalation Register, and Critical Supply Tracker. * Monitor operational constraints, critical supplies, releases, testing, and pending item closures. * Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and construction control to maintain front continuity. * Promptly report any delays, omissions, inconsistencies, or relevant operational risks to the Construction Project Manager. * Ensure all information generated from the front is substantiated, traceable, and technically defensible. * Support the compilation of physical files and cloud-based digital backup of project documentation. * Participate in document integration, technical review, and support other company departments on project-related matters, as required. **4\. REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education Level:** Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering. **Professional Experience:** 3 years in civil and electromechanical construction applied to energy infrastructure, specifically substation construction and/or transmission lines. Experience in supervising field personnel, physical progress control, and tracking operational constraints across work fronts. Execution of QA/QC protocols, punch list integration, readiness assessments, and coordination of technical-documentary closings in projects. **Specific Knowledge Area:** Regulations and Methodologies: Documentation discipline and project control logic aligned with CFE-type projects (familiarity with ECL, ROZ, bank drafts handling, and reporting is desirable). Software: AutoCAD and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); MS Project is desirable. Techniques and Processes: Interpretation of general arrangement drawings, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules. Knowledge of pre-operational testing, interconnection, energization, and handover processes. **Language:** Conversational Spanish. **5\.
