A company specializing in visual solutions, displays, signage, large-format printing, and customized projects for recognized brands is looking for talent to join our team as: **Logistics Coordinator** ---------------------------- We seek an organized, analytical, and leadership-oriented individual capable of coordinating and supervising the company’s logistics operations, ensuring proper material flow, shipments, inventory management, and on-time and accurate deliveries. Location: El Florido, Tijuana, Baja California ### **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and material receiving activities. Supervise domestic and international deliveries, ensuring on-time and accurate fulfillment. Track transportation providers, courier services, and customs brokers. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper material administration. Coordinate routes, loading, and unloading. Analyze logistics KPIs such as delivery times, transportation costs, and service levels. Implement logistics process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Coordinate and supervise logistics department personnel. Maintain constant communication with production, procurement, warehouse, and customer departments. ### ### **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination and personnel management. Experience in route planning and transportation management. Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control. Proficiency with tracking tools such as GPS or logistics software. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
