Descripción y detalle de las actividades Process Engineer is responsible to maintain and meet the SQDCM targets thru AS7, AS405, AS104 \& AS106 standards. Also, is responsible to ensure his assigned lines are working with efficiency, quality, safety, and cost control. PE is responsible to update and maintain PFMEA thru the planning, follow up and execution on time of the PFMEA go see \& fix activity at the same time to ensures actions from this activity are closed on time. Design and proposes manufacturing lay out, ensures MPS compliance, submit lessons learned and best practices to improve/met process requirements. Ensures that APS principles are applied to all the new and retrofitted cells under his responsibilities. Provide support to new launches team to follow up APDS compliance on time. **Core responsibilities and activities:** * Ensure machine safety compliance. * Define machine set up (ESUP). * Create \& maintain line documents (ESUP, DVCS, CS, PFMEA, line lay\-out). * Review and approve documents in PLM. * Ensure MPS compliance. * Follow up \& feedback to EPS. * Lead and coordinate PFMEA go, see \& fix audit. * Follow up \& close actions from PFMEA go \& see on time. * Follow up \& implement yokoten / read across to his assigned lines. * Generate and share best practices in CCB forum. * Generate and share lessons learned in CCB forum. * Provide and maintain PFMEA feedback. * Ensure traceability system is working in a proper manner for his assigned lines (i.e. man it, lab). * Ensure MVPs are replaced, validated, and released according to std. * ECR implementation and documentation. * EA% improvement (improvement projects, DT). * Interact with multifunctional team to perform machine DT analysis in order to improve machine performance. * PSO / service parts execution on time. * Interact with new launch local team to provide needed information for his assigned lines. * Scrap analysis \& reduction. * LMPU improvement projects Experiencia y requisitos **Education Bachelor’s degree:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. **Previous Experience:** 1 \- 3 years of previous experience in similar position in manufacturing environment. **Functional Competencies:** * Lean manufacturing (plus). * Six sigma (plus). * Communication skills (verbal and written). * Change Management (AS7\). * Automation knowledge electrical, pneumatics, control (basic). * Problem solving tools. * Forecast planning. * Document control. * MPS knowledge. * PFMEA (AS104\). * PFMEA go, see \& fix (AS106\). * PLM. * AS405\. * AS403\. **Languages:** * English Advanced Beneficios * Above of law. **Número de vacantes** 1 **Área** Procesos **Contrato** Permanente **Modalidad** Presencial **Turno** Diurno **Jornada** Tiempo Completo **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional **Inglés** Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado **Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
