




Description and details of activities **Basic Function of the Position** Provide support to the Trade Compliance and Global Logistics departments in the documentation, coordination, and follow-up of import/export operations under the IMMEX program. This is an entry-level position designed for bilingual professionals eager to grow in a global logistics and compliance environment. The company will provide full training and development opportunities for the selected candidate. **Major Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support day-to-day import/export operations in compliance with IMMEX and customs regulations. * Assist with document validation, broker coordination, and invoice reconciliation. * Maintain control of SKU information, countries of origin, and BOM updates as directed. * Assist with Annex 24 data tracking and validation of import/export movements. * Communicate in English daily with regional and global logistics teams. * Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate records. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of trade data and timely customs clearance. Experience and requirements **Qualifications Required for Effective Performance** **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (not required). * 1+ year of experience in import/export, logistics, or administrative roles preferred. * Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level required). * Basic understanding of customs processes, IMMEX, or international shipping is a plus. **Skills and Abilities:** * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. * High level of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to learn. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). **Working Conditions** * Office-based position in Tijuana, B.C. * Interaction with global logistics and trade compliance teams across North America. * Training and professional development will be provided by the global logistics department.
