




Job Objective The Document Control Clerk is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all company documents, both physical and electronic, throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, as well as changes related to the approved supplier list, second-source suppliers, and BOM changes associated with these. Main Responsibilities * Receive, process, and distribute changes to existing documents, and create new documents. * Scan, index, and archive physical and digital documents. * Control document versions and manage approval workflows. * Process engineering changes, changes to the supplier list, second-source suppliers, and component replacements, ensuring they contain the necessary supporting information. * Communicate with suppliers to request required information for changes related to the approved supplier list. * Execute BOM changes related to updates in the approved supplier list and second-source suppliers. * Maintain up-to-date document control systems. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure documentation accuracy. * Archive obsolete documents and maintain control records. * Support document audits and inspections. * Ensure confidentiality of handled information. Requirements and Skills Education: University degree in engineering, document management, or related field, with intermediate-level spoken and written English. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication (oral and written), internally and with suppliers. * Effective spoken and written English communication. * Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office). Ability to handle confidential information. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,840.52 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
