




Provide assistance to tutors and visitors of the Hospital, ensuring compliance with service standards and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Welcome customers and their pets upon entering the Hospital. Quickly identify the purpose of the visit (consultation, emergency, surgery). Inform customers about wait times and accompany them to the appropriate room if necessary. Review physicians’ schedules. Register new patients in the system. Receive pets for consultation or grooming. Answer calls and follow up. Notify physicians when scheduled patients arrive. Monitor physicians’ availability to assign walk-in consultations. Promptly coordinate emergency cases. Restock supplies in the café area. Job Requirements: Desired experience: 1 year. Empathy and friendly demeanor toward pets and customers.
