Description and details of activities • Responsible for applying quality standards and procedures in food production control, ensuring food safety. • Planning internal audits for each operation. • Maintaining all food production and handling processes under an internal audit system, programs compliant with ISO\-9001, ISO\-22000, Distintivo H, HACCP standards. • Periodic review of all food production processes to ensure quality and safety. • Responsible for training food-handling personnel on applicable standards. • Responsible for implementing continuous improvement methodologies by suggesting changes that positively impact processes and products. • Responsible for record management in accordance with company policies, principles, and regulations. • Applying various regulatory concepts in each company process to ensure safety as well as high levels of product and service quality. • Responsible for managing and ensuring, through laboratory tests, that all personnel maintain adequate health allowing safe food handling. Experience and requirements Requirements: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in roles involving full administration of quality systems, continuous improvement, and coordination of internal process controls and audits in the food and services sector. • Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering related to food production, preservation, and safety. • As a plus, candidates should have successfully obtained certifications such as SAFE SERV, Distintivo H, ISO\-22000, or HACCP. • Experience as a lead auditor in food industry, certified auditor.
