We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily activities, personnel, quality, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

**We are looking for an Operational Supervisor to join our team at GRUPO IPS.**
**Responsibilities**
* Plan and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure achievement of production/service targets.
* Supervise operational staff (shifts, task assignments, performance, development, and discipline).
* Ensure product/service quality through implementation and monitoring of processes, procedures, and standards.
* Manage inventory, materials, and supplies required for operations (e.g., uniforms).
* Coordinate with other departments to streamline procedures and workflows.
* Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes of incidents, and propose improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; promote a safety culture.
* Prepare and analyze supervision reports, checklists, APTs, and R.I. minutes with clients.
* Train and mentor new hires and provide guidance on work tools.
* Attend to clients and meetings, and prepare minutes with clients to identify requirements for the assigned service.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.
**Requirements and Profile**
* Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: 2–5 years in operational or supervisory roles within similar environments. Proven experience in team leadership and process improvement.
**Knowledge:**
* Operational management methods and tools (planning, incident control; payroll knowledge is desirable).
* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Sector-relevant safety standards and quality procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools, as required by the sector.
