Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and supervise the maintenance of equipment and facilities, including planning and executing maintenance plans and coordinating with operations. Job Description Candidate Profile * Electromechanical Engineer and/or Industrial Engineer, Architect, or **Specialized Technical Program** * 3\-5 years of extensive industry experience * Proficiency in: Electricity, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Drywall, Tile, Detailed Painting, and general installations related to the above. * Personnel management and training skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Adaptability to workplace rules and change; ability to train others. * Internal customer service orientation; goal-oriented, proactive, and disciplined. Key Responsibilities * Implement corrective and preventive maintenance plans for various equipment, facilities, and Group properties. * Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. * Collaborate closely with the Operations team to prioritize repairs and reduce equipment downtime. * Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, perform adjustments, and test equipment. * Read and interpret manuals and work orders. * Actively participate in projects, expansions, and restructuring of equipment and facilities. * Estimate costs for required repairs. * Control and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies. * Manage outsourcing of specialized equipment repair to external vendors.
